TN-1 adhesive
TN-1 adhesive is a single-component, solvent-free polyurethane binder, with the basic components of polyether, additives, flame retardants, auxiliaries and so on. It has no irritating odor, non-toxicity, easy construction and natural curing at room temperature. After curing, the binder is insoluble and has excellent waterproof performance. It can be used for the bonding of foam glass, polyisocyanurate and polyurethane for keeping cold.
Used for bonding foam glass, polyurethane, polyisocyanurate and other insulation materials.

Packed in plastic drums, 25kg/drum.
Stored in room temperature environment away from light.
Surface treatment: oil and dust on the bonding surface should be removed first.
Gluing: Adopt one-side gluing method, use serrated scraper or spraying equipment to spread the glue evenly on the base surface.
Laminating: Put the material to be glued, lay it on the base surface coated with glue and paste it.
Curing: At 25℃, RH is 100% (humidity), the bonding strength can be reached within 4 hours, after special processing, the same effect can be achieved in winter, and it can be used in 24 to 48 hours at room temperature.
After opening the product, please use it up within 24 hours, if you can't use it up, please keep the remaining product sealed.
