Cooling pipe support can withstand the various loads brought by the pipe system, and as part of the pipe cooling, the cooling pipe support system mainly contains the following parts:
1、Sliding Cooling Tube Tray
2、Guided Cooling Pipe Tray (including vertical pipe guiding pipe tray)
3、Limit/fixed cold preservation pipe bracket
4、Block system
Mainly used in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas plants, freezers and central air-conditioning system piping, equipment load-bearing and heat insulation.

Cooling material
Cold-insulating material is the most important part of cold-insulating pipe tray, Zhenyang cold-insulating pipe tray's cold-insulating material uses high-density polyurethane/polyisocyanurate. High-density polyurethane/polyisocyanurate is composed of isocyanate and polyether as the main raw materials, plus blowing agent, catalyst and flame retardant, and is mixed and reacted with high-speed mixing to produce a foam polymer with the characteristics of plastic, rubber and cork. The bubble body is a three-dimensional honeycomb structure. It has high density, low thermal conductivity, low water absorption and better texture than wood.
Other auxiliary materials
In addition to the main cold-insulating materials, Zhenyang cold-insulating pipe tray can also be equipped with the following auxiliary materials according to the requirements: moisture-proof layer, metal protective layer, rubber sheet, metal pipe clamps, bolts and nuts, butterfly springs, cold-insulating washers, PTFE sliding vice, vapor barrier, etc., in order to satisfy the design needs and to ensure that the pipe tray can be used safely and reliably.
Pipe support pads are factory assembled, wrapped in black polyethylene bags and packaged in an outer wooden crate.
Pipe supports and pads are assembled in sets and disassembled and reassembled on site.
Installation is carried out according to the requirements of the instructions.
